External cooperation

The External Cooperation Department is responsible for seeking, expanding, and surveying projects in China, contract drafting, negotiation, contract signing, fulfilling, and supervisory.


The External Cooperation Department is responsible for finding opportunities to expand, seeking and surveying projects in China, contracts drafting and signing, negotiations, fulfilling contracts, and supervisory on cooperation. 

The cooperation models are not limited to these shown ones. 

Brand and management output
The design and construction are in accordance with our requirements.
Our party is responsible for the sales. 
Our party charge for the use of our brand usage and management consultation. 
Our party is responsible for the operation in the future.
Our party needs the promise that part of the whole building area (usually 5%) is used by the elderly care service company for 5 years without any fee. Our party will pay the agreed rent from the 6th year. 

Set up a joint operation management center
Both parties set up a joint Elderly Care Service Management Company and our party holds a minimum of 51% of the shares. 
This management company not only can take part in the cooperation company’s projects but also can extend the cooperation.
In principal, we do not join in exclusive cooperations. 

Customization for great order
Our party builds Yunlin Life Apartment on the other party’s unused land for commercial or office use. 
The design and construction are in accordance with our party’s requirements and our party promises to finish the sales at the agreed sales prices. 
All sales revenues belong to the cooperation company. If the sales revenue does not meet the agreed standard, our party will compensate the gap. 

Project cooperation
Both parties conclude an agreement before obtaining land. Our party is responsible for managing the commercial or office land in an agreed cooperation way.
In principle our party does not take part in obtaining land but this can be further negotiated based on the specific situation. 
Or our party obtains 10% of the shares for free and takes part in the management together. Besides, our party is responsible for the design, the decoration, and the business management of elderly-oriented apartments without additional fee. 

Business operation of long-term rent project
Build Yunlin Life Apartment on the base of the existing building and our party is responsible for the business operation and management. 
Our party pays the agreed rent fee every year for 20 years or more. 
After the end of the agreement, the cooperation company can continue or cease the cooperation. If the cooperation company ceases the cooperation, we take the usage right of the Yunlin Life Apartment brand back and leave the decoration to the cooperation company. 

Consultation Model
The cooperation company authorizes us to issue a general report on elderly business operation before obtaining land. Our party charges consultation fee based on details of projects. 
The following cooperation model can be further negotiated.
