Yunlin Elderly Care Service Co.,Ltd broke through the tradition elderly care service model and appointed Andreas Jager, former general manager of Humanitas, as general manager. By introducing the Dutch advanced “happy retired life” philosophy, management and service system and making improvements according to China’s current situation, Wuxi Yunlin Elderly Care Service Company has established the “happy retired life” service standard with Chinese characteristics and implemented the advanced philosophies in her daily operation and management. For example, to implement the “yes culture”, we opened a fair-price restaurant to meet the requirements of elderly people; to implement the “use it or lose it” principle, we established various hobby groups, such as Tai Chi, painting, calligraphy and a choir, encouraging elderly people to do what they can do and to enjoy life; to implement the extended family culture, we have built up a big Yunlin family, motivating elderly people to have more social contact.
Shared Hall
Our fair-price restaurant, a coffee bar, chess & cards zone, a supermarket, a laundry shop, a gym, a swimming pool, a nostalgic museum, a small Buddhism room, and other related services in the shared hall with floor heating can meet daily needs of our owners. Shared hall activities are one of the highlights of our project and create a happy and lively community for our owners. In addition, a roof garden, a small zoo, a exercise walkway and a central courtyard bring you closer to nature.

In order to enrich elderly life in Yunlin Life Apartment and to deepen the communication among neighbors, we set up a choir club, a chess and cards club, a calligraphy club, a dance club, an exercise club, and a flower arrangement club.
